| Icelands
Here are the Icelands. Located in the Northwestern corner of the continent. The land is a snow-covered tundra and the waters here remain frozen through out the year. Small shrubs can be found, but they are few and far between. This land is home to all animals who enjoy freezing summers and sub-zero winters.

| Western Mountains
These mountains are cold and frigid in the North and hot and dry in the South. The peaks in the middle are the sharpest and the steepest while the mountains around the edges of this range are rounded and smooth. The Western Mountains are best known for their dangerous rock slides in the South and their killer avalanches in the North.

| Desert
Located between the two mountain rangers is the desert. Rolling sand dunes are found in the North and patched ground and cacti are more common in the South. Throughout the year this area is kept in boiling heat and recieves no rainfall. Even creatures of the Water element have difficulty calling rain from the sky in the Desert.

| Eastern Mountains
Opposite to the tall, sharp Western Mountains is the Eastern Mountain range. The eastern mountains are more ragged and have more cliffs than their Western brethren. This mountain range is well known for its devastating mudslides. One wouldn't want to be caught in these mountains during the raining season.

| Rainforest
In the Northeastern corner of the continent, the Rainforest can be found. This jungle is constantly experiencing rainfall and rainstorms. Here it rains nearly all hours of the day. Flooding is a problem certain times of the year as well as mudslides from the mountains. But this is a good thing. The constant rain and mudslides provide the extra amount of nutrients to keep the jungle thick and green.

| Wetlands
Located between the Rainforest and the Ocean is the Wetlands. These lands are home to god-sized swamp trees and vines. The ground is always hidden beneath murky water. This is where the runoff from the Rainforest ends up.

| Grasslands
South of the Desert and both mountain ranges is the Grasslands. These rolling lands of tall grass seem to expand as far as the eye can see. Clusters of trees and bushes can be found, but mostly the land is sandy-yellow with the color of tall savanah grass.

| Forest
South of the Grasslands is the Forest. This forest is seasonal and looses its leaves when the weather turns cold. Snow falls in the winter and in the spring the trees turn green once again.

| South Shores
Perhaps the most accessible shores in the entire Homeland, meaning no high cliffs, jagged rocks, or dangerous structures standing between one and the ocean. Located South and Southeast of the Forest, these shores vary from lightly sandy beaches to rocky and pebbled ones. This is one of the few areas in the Homeland where land and oceanic creatures can converse, in a way that doesn’t involve one eating the other.

| Ash Islands
A few leages south of the Wetland's coastline are the Ash Islands. The Ash Islands consist of one large and two smaller, highly volcanic islands. If one wishes to visit these islands, they must first swim the dangerous distance through the sea. But dissapointment may strike when they get there, for the Ash Islands constanly spew poisonous gases and deadly ash into the air. Tremors from these islands can be felt all the way to the Icelands when they erupt.

These are the Graylands. The land here lives up to its namesake. The land is litterally gray. The sky is gray, the dead grass is gray, the dead trees are gray, even the dirt is gray. Absolutely nothing is here. Except skeletons. Lots and lots of skeletons.
